I am using an MSI CB54G2 cardbus wireless adapter on my laptop which runs windows XP Pro. The laptop is quite old and had started becoming very slow and crashing about 20mins after starting up. I changed my startup settings and deleted a load of programmes I don't need which has helped the speed and stopped the crashing, however my wireless adapter is now not working. I reinstalled the drivers but I still get the same error message which is:
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."
There are no devices listing as clashing under the resources tab and I have tried all the troubleshooting tips suggested but but with no sucess. Can anyone help?
