Hi there, looking for a bit of advice., and hope you can help My father in law who is running windows 7 on his laptop. Seems to of done something on his laptop so that all the shortcuts on his desktop which are programme related, and all the programmes in his start menu, all want to be opened using microsofts office picture manager. The icons for all these programmes have also changed to the picture managers icon. I have had a quick look at it, tried to do a system restore and this did not correct it. any ideas on how to correct the problem? Many thanks in advance ! :)
