To restore Bootmgr, insert Windows 7 CD and reboot your computer. After the reboot enter into the recovery process and click your Operating System in the list of detected Operating Systems. Choose your Windows version and click startup repair option. Then Windows checks the boot files and copies a fresh copy of Bootmgr file to your hard drive.
