Everything is enable and still theres no audio coming out . its not the speakers cause i plug in another speaker . I do not know what to do . . . please help thanks

I've been having a problem with my computer for 4 hours. When starting up it freezes at the loading screen. I may have to restart several times but nothing is working . i ran it in safe mode it started up fine . i dont know what to do ? Any suggesting?
