Hi, A friend of mine is experiencing exactly the same problem from the same website (tvshack.cc). The only difference is, she removed AVG thinking that was the problem and now she can't reinstall it as the virus is blocking it. I want to tell her to open in safe mode and run a scan but I can't because she doesn't have any antivirus software now. Any suggestions? CJ
