1. I have been having problems with a video that I've been trying to produce since August 2015 of last year through an editing program called Cyberlink Power Director 13 Ultra. I sometimes wish I had never bought it as it's been one problem after problem with it, and I'm fed up to the back teeth with it now. I'm running Windows 10 on a 32 bit processor (which I am changing to 64 in January as it just struggles with a lot of what I want to do now). I uploaded the saved file to my laptop (from a memory stick) which is a 64 processor and I had another problem (what a surprise) it says it now cannot find the files and says it's moved or is missing and shows them as black sqaures with a blue cross in the middle. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong? I have pulled my hair out trying to sort out each problem that arises, I might get a new handycam (my old one was a Sony CX115E) to a much newer one and sell the old one. Also I notice on my pc that Cyberlink Wave editor 2 come up, is that like Power Director? I just want this sorted out, also I changed SD cards because the stupid camera wasn't deleting all my old file's on the disk, even through I followed the instructions (written in Japanise English it's hard to understand) Many thanks, no complicated replie's please as i'm not techinically minded.
2. Hi I'm using windows 7 and sometimes when I use Chrome or Explorer to visit Facebook, my pc will work for a while then become sluggish and then freeze. yesterday was a nightmare and I couldn't get the cursor to move or anything, so I had to reboot the tower. Now i am worried I may have damaged the hard drive, is there a free tool or something that can test whether the hard drive is wearing out etc? Many thanks.
3. Is it worth it please? Thanks.
4. OK will do that. I also notice the fan in my tower makes a loud noise before settling down. What does this mean please?
5. Yes sorry I meant the address bar, i am not very computer minded so jargon is forign language to me. :) Everytime I run Malwarebytes it always finds something so i have to get rid of it. Also an annoying programme called my Pc back up keeps trying to load. I also get a lot of pup's in Malwarebyte, what does ths mean please?
6. Every time I type out the Google address in the search bar the https appears with a red line through it, and a cross on the padlock sign. What does this mean? I hope it's not serious, thanks.
7. Thanks for your reply I have sorted it out, apparently TalkTalk are being sued and are also being investigated by offcom after the death of a boy after they hindered the emergency services. Have been told by Sky that my internet will be a bit slow for 10 days whilst they check my broadband speed. Any Sky customers out there that have had this please?
8. Thanks for your reply. I rang TalkTalk mid morning to try and get the MAC code and got no where! The bloke (Indian) kept rattling on about how shocked he was that I wanted to leave then proceeded to tell me about how another customer left and came back etc etc. Also asked why I wanted to leave (because your a !"£$% company ) No I really said because where I live doesn't support them. Then he started banging on about this customer and I said (politely) that's very fine but can you give me the MAC code now please? I still got no where and he had the cheek to say I sounded like I was in a hurry! So I politely ended the call and I now have to get my Support worker involved, who is making noises about reporting the incident to Offcome. I have had words with Sky who say TalkTalk are well known for this tactic, and I don't need the MAC code. But I will have a final attempt tomorrow about getting it just in case. If I have to pay £30 for the privilege to get them out of my hair, then so be it. I will never darken TalkTalks ugly doorstep ever again but that don't mean I will ever 'forget'.
9. I think I will ring up for that MAC code anyway, it's just that the customer services at TalkTalk are terrible and one even put the phone down on me. That's not very professional is it?
10. Hi I hope you can help me? I was with TalkTalk (my last phone bill was £33.45. I wandered into a Carphone Wearhouse shop looking to upgrade my mobile phone, and we got talking about Sky broadband. he signed me up to Sky Unlimited talk anytime (is that the right name for this package?) Apparently I can use the internet 24/7, and and the landline (not lieterally as ear would fall off!) for £24.50 a month (or did he say year?) and then £29.50 when the offer ends. They are going to send me a modem and my live date is 20th August. I have had a letter from TalkTalk stating that I need a MAC code otherwise they said my internet wouldn't work. I am a bit worried about rigning them because the customer services are not very good and they have idian accents which I cannot understand. My main reason is that they will refuse me this MAC code harraging me to stay with them. Can you please advise me what I should do please? I thought Sky would be sorting this out. http://static.moneysavingexpert.com/images/forum_smilies/yabb/undecided.gif Many thanks and hope you can help me.
11. Thanks for your reply. I think I might bite the bullet and save up for an I pad, do you think they are better? Where is the best place to get one from in the UK please?
12. Hi I hope this is the right forum, if not please feel free to move it to the right one, thanks. I a looking for a tablet so that I can send and receive e-mails, play games like Bejeweled and Candy crush and surf the net and watch BBC i-Player. Have looked at Kindle HD Fire but have heard the applications on it are very restrictive. It doesn't support flash apparently, I liked the Kindle fire because of it's clear resolution and the speakers it has when playing movies. I have looked at the Nexus seven, but the sound output didn't match up to the one of the Kindle. Should I get the Kindle HD Fire, or should I bite the bullet and save up for a Apple iPad Mini? I am a little confused about this as I want to get the best for my money. I don't like downloading books as I still like my novel's, but this would do for when I couldn't get near my PChttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png and I could use the tablet. Also is 16gb enough for what I want to do, or should I go to a 32gb? Many thanks and hope you can help me with this?
13. Hi I usually put my movies into M Peg format (if that helps). I used Movie Maker once but got no sound with the picture so I might try

http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/02/x-locale/common/transparent-pixel._V167145160_.gif Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 is that good? I probably wouldn't use HD. Many thanks :)
