  1. I have recently changed my ISP from Wanadoo to Sky, the problem I have is that when I open my Oulook Express at the top it reads 'Outlook Express provided by Wanadoo'. Surely it should now read provided by Skybroadband. Please can someone tell me if there is anything I should do to change this.

  4. Hi RandyL, My computer dosn't have a name on it as it was made for me. According to what my computer tells me the details I have found are: AMD Duron processor 1.80GHz, 244MB of RAM ACPI Uniprocessor PC. Speakers are Multimedia Speaker System. I've checked, Mutimedia Audio Controller Props, clicked update driver and msg was cannot update or install. Checked System speaker properties. On General tab Device status reads. No drivers are installed for this device. Hope this is helpful to you. Jan
  5. When I turn on my speakers the green light comes on showing that it is connected ok, but I get no sound. I have checked the properties on the decvices and it tells me that there is now device. It also shows windows 95 and says that it cannot show compatability. I have updated my windows to windows xp home from windows 98 second edition. This problem has occured only since the update. Please, Please can someone help me and give me advice.
  6. Hi everyone, I have sorted my microsoft office, thanks to your help. Now I have another problem which needs sorting. My speakers do not work properly. The new windows tell me that I do not have a device but my speakers are connected ok. When I turn them on I get a green light showing the power is on but I don't get any sound. I have checked the properties and cannot do any thing. It shows windows 95. Also it compatability is not availabe with windows xp. I know that there is not any thing wrong with the speakers as they were working ok before I upgraded my windows. Please can any one help.
  7. Having recently changed from win98se to win XP I am unable to get microsoft office. I did a backup and downloaded my files onto a disc but cannot find msoffice on my computer. what do i need to do.
