Thanks so much for the reply, okay I have done so..in the corner of the screen it says "found new hardware DVD rom" but when I go into My computer nothing comes up? Should it be set under "AUTO" or "DVD rom" in the BIOS?or should I leave that? Could it be the driver software for the drives that I need to install? Its od cos the PC picks them up and they open and close..I just cant access the CDROM folder on "my Computer" Thanks alot for your help

Hi there, I need desperate help!! I put two DVD drives into my pc a while ago and didnt use the pc for the while now when i turned my pc on the drivers doesnt show in "my computer" When I try go into control panel and instal the driver it brings up an error "driver may be corupted or missing code 39" I dont know if I installed the cabling wrong? and I dont have the driver software anymore,what do I do? I tried downloading the firmware ..butit didnt work. the DVD roms are Samsung CDW DVD sh m522c and a Samsung cd dvd sh s202n Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Annemie
