Can't anyone out there help with this? Maybe I've posted it in the wrong section on the forum? Alternative suggestions would be most welcome. Does anyone at least have an answer to the reinstalling of Office query? Cheers in anticipation.

Hi. I can't install Windows security updates, I keep getting the error Code 80070643. I have found three methods of repairing it online. I have done the first two (determining the status of the Office Source Engine service, and repairing the Ose.exe file) and it still doesn't work. I am reluctant to do the third (remove and then reinstall Office 2003) because I don't really know of this is where the problem stems from, and I'm worried that I will lose all me email accounts/set-up details. Any suggestions, please?
