Thank you so much for you quick reply I've been trying to sort this out for days. My computer is Acer travel mate 4230 error code is c000021a (fatal system error) 0xc0000034 when I scanned the computer before it went wrong it kept coming up with a worm in systems 32 so I would clean it up and would work for a while then would happen again. this kept happening and I kept cleaning it with virus scan in safemode. Then it just stopped working all together. I hope thats the correct info you need

Hi I had a worm and tried to get rid of it but eventually my computer shut down. It now will nolonger load up at all not even in safemode, it gets so far and then get the blue screen :-( I dont have the windows xp disc as it came pre loaded, so I downloaded the link from the web site but not sure what to do next and cant seem to transfere that to a cd. Please help I have some really preciouse photos which I really dont want to lose
