Resolution Hi, I work at the Technical department in Epson and I get some calls regarding this issue..... The only thing that may work is to open up the Epson print CD and then click on file then print and then Manual Print and try it that way You will need to do this as we do not fully support this printer on windows 7. If this still does not work then there is not much more Epson can do to be honest, you may need to purchase a printer that is fully compatiable with windows 7, as it has recently been released and it is difficult for Epson to create a driver for this printer because of the age of it If you require more technical help or questions in regards to Epson printers then please do not hesitate to contact me on email address removed for security reasons and I will do my best to try and help you :D
