    I recently purchsed an EasyCap USB 2.0 Video Adaptor. When trying to install the driver I keep getting the message to reinstall WIN-2K SP 4. and the driver will not load. As I am using Windows 7. I am baffled by this. I cannot find anywhere on the Net to download SP4. Can anyone help.
