  1. Hi, I'm Brian, and I'm computer illiterate. Ok, I'm not exactly illiterate. But I don't know enough to help myself at the present time. I appreciate any and everything you can help me out with. I don't have any money to send or anything, but I honestly will be grateful. I'll PRAY for you, howabout that. Also, I have a new post in the hardware section. If anybody could answer it, oh my gawd, you would be saving my life. Thanks, and it's nice to be here and stuff.
  2. Trust me. I built my own PC about three years ago. And now I can't even recall how I did it. I mean, I did a pretty good job I think. But I couldn't do it now, no way.
  3. I recently (two days ago) installed a new hard drive in my PC, so now I have two. I figured out that I needed to format it in order for the PC to detect it; and I chose to do "dynamic" because... I don't know. It sounded like the right thing to do at the time. Now my PC detects my new hard drive. I can access it and everything; but it is INCREDIBLY slow. Like, it takes about 5 minutes to transfer ONE megabyte of information to the new drive. It is infuriating. Did I irreparably screw up my new drive? Is there anything that can be done? I would appreciate any advice SO much. Thanks.
