Good morning. Can anyone give me advice as to how to unblock my windows mail system. I can receive e mails but cannot send. One e mail is blocked in the send box, will not send nor will it delete. When I try to delete it a message appears saying 'an error has occured' , but nothing beyond that. I am operating on windows vista family basic. Any other e mail that I try to send will not go out as it waits in line for the first ( blocked ) one to go, but I can delete these subsequent mails. Hopefully if I can find a way to erase the first mail the system will clear. Fingers crossed
