  1. I have now fixed my problem!! I went to My Computer then Tools, File Options, File Types, New then I typed EXE and Application appeared underneath along with it telling me Microsoft Picture Manager was associated with it! I then changed it to Notepad which was recommended - not sure if this is the correct app but it now works!! Whoop whoop Thanks for for your help!!
  2. Hi, No, I have just tried that but it still comes up with Picture Manager when I click on add/remove programs. I so hope this can be fixed - it's doing my head in now!! Thanks very much Sarah
  3. Hi, It's the 2003 version. Unfortunately although I can get into the control panel, there are very limited folders I can open, Add remove programs is not one of them. Thanks Sarah
  4. I would really appreciate some help please. On the weekend I downloaded lots of photos from my camera and for some reason they wouldn't show up when I put my USB stick in to the computer which I put my memory card in to. I had to use a USB lead from my camera into my pc to view the photos. I managed to download them all etc and everything was fine apart from Microsoft Picture Manager had opened about 20 times. Later on when I went back to my pc, Picture Manager had completely taken over all my files so I can longer go on the internet or even connect to the internet. I cannot open any programs or files as Picture Manager opens instead. When I turn my pc on I have 18 Picture Manager screens to close down. Luckily I can use my Husband's pc to ask for help. I am using Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8. Are you able to help please? Thanks Sarah
