  1. ok so i found out that my card is an integrated video card and that i have a slot in my computer that is open for a video card. Would getting a higher quality video card possibly solve this issue?
  2. i just tried both of those solutions and i still got a blue screen error with the same code.
  3. and the rest of the error is (0x85D84D08, 0x8FADF550, 0x0000000D, 0x0000000D) so it looks like: Error Stop 0x00000116 (0x85D84D08, 0x8FADF550, 0x0000000D, 0x0000000D) i think
  4. also the error is, from what i could catch 0x00000116 and this is the info it gave me: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 116 BCP1: 87242510 BCP2: 8F41C550 BCP3: 00000000 BCP4: 0000000D OS Version: 6_0_6002 Service Pack: 2_0 Product: 768_1
  5. my computer is saying that it is a 3000 H Series. it says model 2222222. i think it was preinstalled- got it refurbished. and yes i have tried updating it.
  6. I get blue screen errors while playing games and my computer tells me it is because my graphics card. I dont know how to tell if a graphics card is compatable with my computer and what a good graphics card would be. How can i tell and any suggestions of cards are gladly appreciated. Computer info Manufacturer: Lenovo Model: Lenovo Vista PC Processor: PentiumĀ® Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50 GHz 2.5 GHz Memory (RAM): 4.00 GB System type: 32-bit Operating System. Graphics Card: IntelĀ® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family (I'm not sure if this is the graphics card).
