Hi, I needed to format my hard drive (I have a Dell Inspiron). I followed the procedure but now my computer is hanging at "Setup is preparing your computer for first use". It was initially on this screen for 1hr 30mins and when I try and re-boot, it comes up again and never exits the screen. Any ideas what I can try? Thanks
