i got that winnt\system32\config\system error message and pc wont boot past dell screen.i have an dell optiplex gx150 running windows 2000 prof. and dont have any recovery disks,bootup floppys or original os cd.i bought used and it came with only the tower.i'm currently unemployed so my only options are to try to fix on my own and with the help of some tech savy online help.i tried making a boot up cd but didnt work,the diagnostic says harddrive is working but cant figure out why the cd-drive isnt booting.i'm trying to restore the os back into working condition but its alot of hassle.anyone with any ideas will be really helpfull.

just wanted to say hello,and i'm a beginner so hopefully i can learn something and increase my knowledge of my pc.
