  1. hi, I have a nc10 notebook, had it for around 2 years, and it wont charge. When I was on it last around 2 or 3 days ago, it said battery low plug in mains, so I did and left it as it was, I noticed sometimes the battery would be charging and sometimes it wouldnt. Also sometimes the screen would fade a little like it was on power saving mode even though the laptop was connected to the mains. Anyway it wont turn on at all now. A few months ago I changed the power supply as it wasnt charging but I think this time its a fault with my laptop not with the plug, the plug socket gets warm at the wall and at the end to connect to the laptop so I assume the plugs working. The input on my laptop feels a bit loose like it might not be connected properly, and ive noticed a small crack on the case so it must have been dropped or hit which i didnt notice previously so it may have damaged something, also in the past ive had to change the keyboard as i spilt a liquid on the laptop. My laptops got documents on I need to get so I wanna get this fixed asap. Also my laptop has pictures of my gf *embarrased* that I dont want anybody to see, if I take it to get repaired professional will they see the pictures? How can I check that the input is connected properly? Thanks for any help.
