Thank you for your response, so quickly. I will try this, however I had no luck using my Toshiba Recovery System disc, will this be different than using that, I hope so. Also this used to be my fiance's Moms computer, she passed away and we got it, not sure of the password/user name, can this be changed by chance? Vicki

Hi, I cannot get into windows at all. Tried using my recovery disc, no luck. I get an error message 01-0134-0000, it mentions something about not being able to find the boot file name, and I can get no further. I have a Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527. I need help right away by tomorrow at least won't get my paycheck for the week if I can't get back into my computer. Thank you
