  1. Hello, I'm at my Mum's because she has done a system restore and now her laptop wont connect to the internet. I did try restoring it to an earlier restore point but no joy. Its XP and the router is Sagem. The network key ans everything is right because I can connect on my laptop still. It is just continuously acquiring network address and I don't know what to do. I mean it can't be the router can it because I can connect so it muct be something to do with the settings on her laptop I'm guessing?
  2. Hi, i've been having a couple of problems with my internet. Whenever i open internet explorer i get the message "internet explorer cannot display the webpage". i have checked my connection to the internet and everything seems to be working fine, i even contacted my internet service provider and they could not find what the problem was. so i basically cannot connect to the internet on that computer however i can with my laptop and another computer we have in the house. So i'm not sure if there is something blocking the IE page from connecting to the internet. anyway any help would be appreicated. thanks
