Hi.

It sounds like your browser is set to not show images. The google logo is a png file which is just a picture. What browser are you using? IE, Firefox etc.

Hi RandyL, I use Firefox mate, but the first problem I should mention is that the monitor was built for use with PC's using operating systems after XP, personally I think I need to find drivers that will make this monitor compatible with XP, although I do understand that there are images which it does not display including the "BBC" ALTHOUGH BECAUSE IT APPEARS ON MY MONITOR i CAN PUT THE MOUSE WHERE IT SI SUPPOSED TO BE and the pointer turns into a hand and clicking on it takes me to the home page as it should, so , fire away and see if you can suggest a way to fix it. cheers.

sorry I took so long to aknowledge your post but my PC is in the repair shop and I cant always get to another. cheers.

It's not a monitor issue.

As always with Firefox you can try updating or reinstalling. Also check Firefox>Tools>Options>Content. Make sure there is a check mark in the box "Load images automatically" and that there are no "Exceptions". Click OK to save the changes.

Have you tried the same web pages with IE?
