RandyL Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 Hi. It sounds like your browser is set to not show images. The google logo is a png file which is just a picture. What browser are you using? noelist Posted May 30, 2011 Author Posted May 30, 2011 Hi. It sounds like your browser is set to not show images. The google logo is a png file which is just a picture. What browser are you using? IE, Firefox etc. Hi RandyL, I use Firefox mate, but the first problem I should mention is that the monitor was built for use with PC's using operating systems after XP, personally I think I need to find drivers that will make this monitor compatible with XP, although I do understand that there are images which it does not display including the "BBC" ALTHOUGH BECAUSE IT APPEARS ON MY MONITOR i CAN PUT THE MOUSE WHERE IT SI SUPPOSED TO BE and the pointer turns into a hand and clicking on it takes me to the home page as it should, so , fire away and see if you can suggest a way to fix it. cheers. sorry I took so long to aknowledge your post but my PC is in the repair shop and I cant always get to another. cheers. RandyL Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 It's not a monitor issue. As always with Firefox you can try updating or reinstalling. Also check Firefox>Tools>Options>Content. Make sure there is a check mark in the box "Load images automatically" and that there are no "Exceptions". Click OK to save the changes. Have you tried the same web pages with IE?
