Guest Rey Santos Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 RE: mfc71.dll The safest way to replace a missing dll file is reinstall the program that is using the dll file. If the picture you are supposed to view will open on a program, reinstall that program. If you had recently uninstalled a program with shared files that may include the dll file, reinstall that program. Or if that don't work or is not applicable to the situation then you can download the .dll file at http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc71 or other trusted sites and copy it to Windows/Sytem32 folder. -- Rey "survivor" wrote: > Just tried to view some pictures on cd and message came up MFC71.ddl not > found. Is there any easy solution to this for a novis? Guest Kelly Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 Re: mfc71.dll Windows errors related to mfc71.dll? mfc71.dll is a module belonging to an advertising program by WinSoftware. This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes the data back to the author's servers for analysis. This also prompts advertising popups. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system. Note: mfc71.dll is the module that contains the WinSoftware Foundation Classes (MFC) functions used by applications created in WinSoftware Visual Studio More info here: http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/mfc71/ -- All the Best, Kelly (MS-MVP/DTS&XP) Taskbar Repair Tool Plus! http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/taskbarplus!.htm SupportSpace http://www.supportspace.com/pages?aiu=kellyskorner "survivor" <xray6140@aol.com(donotspam)> wrote in message news:BFA321A6-F4A8-40A4-9DAB-89432B50177A@microsoft.com... > Just tried to view some pictures on cd and message came up MFC71.ddl not > found. Is there any easy solution to this for a novis?
