Can anyone advise how I can set up the Amilo Li3910 Notebook inbuilt microphone?

Advice sought on how to enable inbuilt microphone on my Amilo Li3910 Notebook.

Looking for a manual I found this. http://www.technostation.com/document/download/id/28693

 

I see it has a webcam. To enable it use Fn+F7 keys.

 

It also has a microphone and loud speakers. I see you can turn the speakers on or off but the only mention I see of the microphone is that if you plug in an external microphone the internal one will be disabled.

 

So going by that I don't think any setup is required.

Hi, Looking at the spec for it, it has the Realtek sound system, if you look in control panel, sound, and look for a realtek manager, you may find the microphone controls there, check they aren't muted or volume sliders turned down.
