How can I make my responses be tightly wrapped

I am just puzzled and I know this is an easy question but how can I make my

replies be formatted correctly and not have the text jump all over the place

or is that just a limitation of posting within a web based interface compared

to a specific newsgroup program like Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird.

Use an application/newsreader that properly formats messages... or use

something like OEQuotefix. Or ignore the issue, as many readers will

re-format messages when downloaded.
