Group Policies to block IE Connections changes

I want to make it so my users cannot change anything in their Internet

Explorer Tools->Connections tab. Is there a way I can do this with a

group policy?

In the group policies go to user configuration >>Administrative Tools >>

Windows Components >> Internet Explorer >> Control Panel >> Connections Tab

 

You can remove the tab :)
