Ok here's an easy one for someone

This has me mystified....

Windows Server 2003 R2

When I am browsing folders in Windows Explorer, folder names in the left

pane are underlined. I don't want them underlined. I want to be able to

select multiple folders using the CTRL or Shift key, without expanding the

folder and displaying the sub-folders.

I thought the fix would be under Tools>Folder Options>Click Items as

Follows. But that has nothing to do with it.

How do I turn off that feature?

TIA

I've never seen a version of Windows where you can select

multiple folders in the left Explorer pane. Just the right

one. But then, I don't know about Vista and there's been

a little too much alcohol between now and 1992 to remember

how 3.1 worked.

I agree with Jordon here, I do not believe you can select multiple folders

in the left pane of the explorer windows.

Yup, you're right. I don't know what I was thinking... having a brain

cramp. Didn't sleep good the night before.
