task manager.exe utilise abt 65% cpu resources

I try to play one of the BC! file which I could not, the next thing my pc is

very slow to response. These files were scanned & cleared by various

scanners. Is it common to have the Task Manager utilise abt 65% of the cpu

resources and when I launch the Superantispyware, it takes about 35%? TIA
