This damn thing keeps saying (against DevObj Name) "NO DEVICE INFO

AVAILABLE" for all devices except

1394 Host - \Device\00000069

IEEE 1394 IP Network Device - \Device\0000006a

Processor (4 entries) - \Device\00000037 \Device\00000038 \Device

\00000039 \Device\0000003a

ACPI Fixed feature button - \Device\0000003f

And there are almost hundred other devices which says "NO DEVICE INFO

AVAILABLE"

And I am not able to find any information in this WORLD WIDE WEB

What in the world I should do in order for this Microsoft tool to find

DevObj names and be useful for me

Thanks

Arun

Hi Meinolf

Yes I did see the KB article.

The funny thing is that this utility seems to be working in some

machines and in others it fails the way I have said. I am just not

able to figure out for what reason it fails.

Thanks for your time

Arun
