Guest zaz Posted June 27, 2008 Posted June 27, 2008 I have been using Sysmantec Ver12 for backing up and it keeps failing on System State backup. I ran a NTbackup as administrator on this ONLY DC in domain to get the basics done and get the following error: Backup started on 27-06-2008 at 10:55. Could not access portions of directory System State\SYSVOL. You may not have permission to open the file, or the directory may be missing or damaged. Please contact the owner or administrator. This domain was split away from another company and this DC was given all the FSMO roles. Everything seems to be working fine but cannot find out how to detemine want this error is and how to fix?
