Opening email msg created on machine with vista

Window installer open when opening an email received from a machine with the

vista operating system. Window installer tries to install front page 2000????

 

Why is this happening?

Does the message require Office?

Either way, I have seen this happen when Office was not installed on this

particular user and is missing a dll. If this is the case, see line 171

(right hand side):

Is Outlook Express your default Mail Client? Is MS Office or MS Outlook

also installed? Is this happening when you open the message or when you

attempt to send a Reply To or Forward of it?
