Error Code: 0x80200010

Hey, I am having problem downloading Windows Genuine Advantage Validation

Tool (KB892130) to my labtop computer. When I try to download the update it

fails and I am using wireless connection. The wireless card is inside the

notebook. I am getting the error code 0x80200010. I have tried turning off

and on Windows Firewall. I do not have Panda Anti-virus. I did disable my

AVG 8.0 and and still cannot download the update. I have a Windows XP Home

Edition Service Pack 2 on Dell Labtop Inspiron notebook 1501. Please help me

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft

Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP

installation:
