Hi

I have 20 Dell laptops with Win XP pro with SP2 and Office 2007.

My problem is that in the outlook when I try to create a new contact, I need

to enter area code, but I cannot its gray, I have this problem in 4 laptops.

Any idea?

Than'x

Re: Area code problem

Are you asking about Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express?

You need to ask your question in the appropriate newsgroup:

microsoft.public.outlook.general

or

microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

Hope this helps.

What tab in the Phone and Modem option are you referring to? Is it the

Location tab? What make and model is your modem? Is the modem software

installed? Has plug and play detected your hardware (modem) device? Is

it a 56k modem? In what country are you living?

Do you actually have a data/fax analog modem installed in your computer

or integrated on the motherboard?
