Guest S Posted June 28, 2008 Posted June 28, 2008 Hi I have 20 Dell laptops with Win XP pro with SP2 and Office 2007. My problem is that in the outlook when I try to create a new contact, I need to enter area code, but I cannot its gray, I have this problem in 4 laptops. Any idea? Than'x Shay

What make and model is your modem? Is the modem software installed? Has plug and play detected your hardware (modem) device? Is it a 56k modem? In what country are you living? -- Hope this helps. Do you actually have a data/fax analog modem installed in your computer or integrated on the motherboard?
