KenB Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Hi, As a precaution download ERUNT - install it and backup the registry. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/erunt.html Download CCleaner from here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner DO NOT use the Registry option.
