Generally your IP address is determined by the router/modem and that's determined by your ISP. If your IP is static, you'll have to contact your ISP, if its dynamic, as most are, then sometimes turning your router/modem (whatever) off and waiting a while and then turning it back on will reassign a new IP. Sometimes. And the time you have to turn it off is dependent on the lease expiration time. (long story). I would contact funfile.org maybe. Might be simpler.
