Hi All

My problem is my Fujitsu Siemens V1000 laptop refuses to start. I had a

broken LCD screen so I did not use the computer for some time. When I switch

it on the fan runs, then computer turns off almost immediately. Any ideas

please

Since Windows does not even attempt to start, your problem

is a hardware, not a Windows issue. I would ask the experts

in a hardware newsgroup or take the machine to your friendly

computer dealer.

By the way - did you remember to plug in the power cord or

are you attempting to start the machine on a discharged battery?
