Print accounting

Hello,

I have shared Windows 2003 server solution for a couple of small companys

located in the same building.

 

And we own a Ricoh MFP and need something that can register and bill the

customers when they print to it.

It needs to be something that runs only on the server side and uses AD

username for accounting.

I need to register: A4 or A3, Duplex or non duplex, Color or B/W.

 

Anyone got a clue on a product that can do the things above?

I have been a trip on google but cant seem to find anything that complies

with all the things above.
