However, there is no way anyone can give you focused troubleshooting since you've told us nothing about the system. In addition, you've posted in a newsgroup for the Windows XP operating system, which isn't a good fit since you're running Win2k3 R2 Server. Suggest you post in one of the server newsgroups with possibly a crosspost to one of the security newsgroups.
