Insufficient system resources

We are trying to copy a 149 GB file from one server to another and on the

destination server we are getting an error. We are getting the following

message: "Cannot copy ngprod_data_dump: Insufficient system resources exist

to complete the requested service."

Have anyone else encountered this issue? The server that we are copying the

file to is a Windows 2003 Server Standard. It is a Dell 2950, dual quad

proc. and 4 GB RAM.

Thank you

Re: Insufficient system resources

This is typically a driver or AV problem.

Re: Insufficient system resources

How do I track down which driver could be causing the problem and when you

say AV, do you mean antivirus?

Thank you
