Guest QH Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 We run a thin client (Citrix) network on a Windows 2003 domain. Our press office would like to save specific RSS feeds to internet explorer (we have IE-7 throughout our organisation). Although they can add these to IE RSS feed favourites, they are not saved to the roaming profile when the user logs off. Has anyone come across this, and if so what is the fix? Many thanks, QH

Guest QH Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 Re: Cannot save RSS feed favourites within Internet Explorer 7 toroaming profile. Re: Cannot save RSS feed favourites within Internet Explorer 7 toroaming profile. Hi, Thank-you for your advice. However, I looked up the sub section under the Group Policy manager\user config\windows settings\folder redirection, and the only folders avaialble are application data / start menu / desktop / my documents. Where / how do I add %userprofile% \Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Feeds? Many thanks, QH On 2 Jul, 22:51, Meinolf Weber <meiweb(nospam)@gmx.de> wrote: > Hello QH, > > Is this folder in your redirection settings for the TS? > > %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Feeds > > Best regards > > Meinolf Weber > Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers > no rights. > ** Please do NOT email, only reply to Newsgroups > ** HELP us help YOU!!!http://www.blakjak.demon.co.uk/mul_crss.htm > > > > > We run a thin client (Citrix) network on a Windows 2003 domain.
