Cannot save RSS feed favourites within Internet Explorer 7 to roamingprofile.

We run a thin client (Citrix) network on a Windows 2003 domain. Our

press office would like to save specific RSS feeds to internet

explorer (we have IE-7 throughout our organisation). Although they can

add these to IE RSS feed favourites, they are not saved to the roaming

profile when the user logs off. Has anyone come across this, and if so

what is the fix?

Many thanks,

QH

Hello QH,

Is this folder in your redirection settings for the TS?

%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Feeds

Best regards

Hi,

Thank-you for your advice. However, I looked up the sub section under

the Group Policy manager\user config\windows settings\folder

redirection, and the only folders avaialble are application data /

start menu / desktop / my documents. Where / how do I add %userprofile%

\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Feeds?

Many thanks,

QH
