Printer, network??

Sometimes. . . I can see the memory card from my HP printer and can access

it through my desktop as a drive (Z:\). Other times it just disappears and

even typing in the address, it can not be found. Sure would like to know how

to keep this available.

 

I have a desktop connected to a wireless router; both the computer and

printer are connected via Ethernet cable.

Hi Ed,

 

I have seen similar issues with HP All-in-one printers

and Ethernet. I could only get the printer to work

reliably. The only thing I found that worked was

to connect the printer with a short (less than 7 foot)

USB cable.
