djdecks2 Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Ok i ran a test on system requirements lab about a week or two ago and it all passed threw the roof then a couple of days ago i ran a test and it said that my video card didnt have Hardware t%l and 3D the game is fallout new vegas btw and ive ran other games to now i have a ATI radeon hd 5740 on a pavilion dv6 hp laptop and i know for certain mine has both and i remembered a few days ago i got a display driver update which my of caused the problem. but i have tryed reinstalling and trying old drivers etc and nothing has worked so i was thinking mayby i uninstalled something ati that i wasnt meant to so for past two or three days i have been downloading updates vga drivers audio graphics all sorts of stuff to try and get it to work and before you ask i no for certain this is definataly not a hardware problem. PLEASE im desperate for help Quote

RandyL Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Is it just the one game? Do you have a CPU: dual core 2.0 GHz processor? Did you download the drivers from the ATI site? Did you tic the box to show older restore points? There are a lot of pavilion dv6 models so I can't look up your specs based only on that. Quote We are all members helping other members.
