My Microsoft Security's Protection History is completely blank and I cannot review Potentially Unwanted Applications. How to fix it?

A few days ago my Microsoft Security's Protection History has gone blank and says "no recent actions". It does not seem to change, after a full scan was done it detected potentially unwanted applications but it would tell me to review it, but it then redirect to my Protection History which is blank.How do I fix it?
