Hi

 

I want to add a HDD, but can't workout how to remove the front cover so as slide the drive in to an empty bay.

 

Help please

It's almost impossible to find anything like that on a PB. However one usually accesses the drive by removing the side panel not the front panel.

 

Once inside it's a matter of screws, clips, sliders or a combination.

 

Were this a a cd or floppy drive the front panel sometimes needs to be removed depending on the case but rarely with a HDD.

 

PB support unfortunately is lacking.

Hi, I have the smaller Imedia and Randy is correct, remove the side cover first and the existing HDD should have a bay next to it where an extra HDD may be fitted.

If you do need to remove front and top covers, they have clips that need to be pushed inwards from inside the case in order to remove them.
