registry & group policies changed to allow remote user all privilege over private windows 10 using backdoor trojan

I have windows 10 Home just recently updated to Windows 10 pro, but it does no good. I haven't encrypted because I have a remote user that has made it so I can't reset my pc, perform a clean installation. Everything is as if I'm part of an organization and don't have any administrative rights over my computer. They have gained access to all my other devices as well, through my computer. I have found a large amount of my registry is corrupted, infected. I googled some of the names of the registry because it doesn't look right & some of it's in Chinese or Japanese & answers come back as
