Hypervisor Disabled and Virtual Adapters continue to auto install

Hello fellow Microsoft Community can you please help?I have disabled and removed Hyper-V and disabled it during the system boot up,I have started to notice that at times virtual adapters and drives as well as CD-ROM adapters auto install even after they are disabled and removed.This occurs and sometimes the virtual adapters auto remove.Image: No Hyper-V is selected on System Boot UpThis is disabled in extra features also.This worked a couple days ago all virtual adapters were gone, Image: Stable Normalized System without virtualization enabledImage: Hidden Drivers have auto installed wait
