Hello everyone,

The left click function on the integrated mouse on my Samsung N210 netbook has suddenly stopped working altogether. I can move the mouse around on the touch sensitive tablet but tapping on the tablet (which previously worked) or pressing on the left click does nothing. The right click is functioning normally.

I have plugged in a Microsoft USB mouse to allow me to continue using the computer, but this is not ideal as having to have a flat surface takes away one of the major benefits of having a netbook -- being able to use it on my lap.

Any ideas what may have caused this and what can be done?

Thanks for any help.

Hi and welcome to ExTS

Start > type in ....devmgmt.msc.....ENTER

Right click on Mice and other Pointing Devices

You will have something there that indicates the touchpad

Right click on this > Uninstall

Shut down normally.

Boot up again - Windows will re-install the drivers for your touchpad.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
