Have you tried this on another computer? If so - do you get the same error message ? jayden-lee Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 i have had a problem kind of like that were the computer will not recognize the device no matter what computer i plug it in to so i opened it up and found that one of the wires had come of so soldered it back on and it works fine now so that might be you problem you just might need a new wire.
