a friend wants me to install XP home on his lap top some one gave him the

disk and sayed there computer was no more so i do not have the key to contune

what do i do know

The "someone" person needs to give your friend a valid product key.

Have your friend buy a legitimate license for himself, which will come

with its own Product Key.

You tell him to buy a legitimate copy of XP. The disk is useless

without a Product key.
