What to do when Windows Defender flags a Windows component as a PUA?

Windows Defender has flagged PowerShell as a PUA. I suspect this may be due to a potential malware script running, causing defender to think it PowerShell is the problem. Anyway how do I investigate this, as I know that PowerShell itself is not the problem?Thanks.
